What is the difference between used, refurbished, and brand new phones?

Used phones are pre-owned devices sold as-is, usually with minimal testing or repairs. Refurbished phones are professionally tested, repaired if needed, cleaned, and restored to full working condition, often with a warranty. Brand new phones are factory-sealed, never used, and include a full manufacturer warranty.

Are your refurbished phones tested before sale?

Yes. All refurbished phones go through a thorough 70+ point inspection covering battery health, screen responsiveness, cameras, charging ports, and more.

Do your phones come with a warranty?

Brand new phones include a standard manufacturer warranty. Refurbished phones typically include an 18-month warranty. Used phones may include a limited warranty depending on the listing.

What condition are the used phones in?

We clearly list the condition of each used phone, such as Fair, Good, or Excellent. All used phones are tested for functionality but may show cosmetic wear.

Are your phones unlocked?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all phones are fully unlocked and compatible with UK networks including Vodafone, O2, EE, and Three.

What accessories come with the phone?

Refurbished and used phones include a charging cable, SIM tool, and Protection bundle. A charger plug is included only when listed on the product. Brand new phones include the original box and standard accessories. Packaging on refurbished and used phones may not be original.

Can I return the phone if I change my mind?
