Every pre-owned device entering Zextons carries a distinct usage history. Rather than relying solely on visual inspections, I execute multi-point diagnostic workflows designed to evaluate both internal component integrity and real-world performance:

• Power Delivery & Battery Architecture: I perform deep battery health analysis, assessing charge retention curves, voltage stability under load, passive drain rates, and original cycle counts to verify power unit efficiency.
• Display Digitizer & Panel Dynamics: Displays undergo multi-touch matrix responsiveness mapping, panel backlight uniformity checks, OLED burn-in screening, and digitizer latency testing.
• Camera Systems & Optical Components: Camera hardware is stress-tested across all optical focal lengths—evaluating optical image stabilization (OIS) motor alignment, autofocus speed, sensor cleanliness, and dual-microphone noise-cancellation synchronicity.
• Logic Board, RF & Chipset Connectivity: I verify cellular baseband operation, Wi-Fi 6/Bluetooth signal stability under attenuation, biometrics (ultrasonic fingerprint digitizers and TrueDepth sensors), and motherboard thermal dissipation under heavy CPU/GPU processing loads.
